I was very happy with my service a few days ago with Mark! He was very friendly and helpful guiding me through the different options I needed for my 2013 civic’s maintenance. He even went on to call me at some point asking if I wanted to fix a certain problem rather than just doing it and charging me after. It’s these little things that I appreciate from Mark. Although, being around Toyota lots with my family, the people most of the people aren’t as friendly with their “hello, how are you doing? How can I direct you?” Etc. I even had a door closed on me by an employee. But Mark was awesome!

I have owned 3 Honda's and have always been happy with the service department at Meidl. I recently purchased a 2016 Civic and after driving it for a couple weeks, I could feel some very mild feedback via the brake pedal during braking. As I had just purchased the vehicle, I was a little disappointed. I called in and spoke to Tray. He told me to book an appointment. The rear rotors were resurfaced and the issue was cleared up - no charge. Greatly appreciated Tray.

Shout out to man in the parts department. He himself helped me to replace and fix my wiper blade. He got all the parts i need. Thank you sir for doing such a service. It was the best service i have ever had.

I experienced professional and personable customer service with Cory Grant before, during and after my purchase of a dynamic blue Honda Civic. I love the car. I have owned three cars in 30 years, all civics, all hassle free driving with minimum repairs. I purchased certified preowned and every car retained value when I was ready to upgrade. Remarkable! As a salesperson Cory is knowledgeable, upfront, prompt, willing to make it a win/win deal and to see it through after you drive off the lot should you need support.
