Meidl Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Exchange Policy

Our Pre-Owned vehicle exchange policy ensures that you are completely satisfied with your vehicle purchase. In order to exchange a recently purchased vehicle, the following criteria must be met:
-Exchange window valid for 5 days or 500 km (whichever comes first) from original date of purchase
-Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase (no new damage)
-Vehicle can be exchanged for a different pre-owned vehicle within the RM Auto Group's current inventory. If the purchase price of the replacement vehicle is less than the purchase price of the vehicle being returned, you'll receive credit for the difference. If the purchase price of the replacement vehicle is more, you simply pay the difference. Allowable price discrepancy between the exchanged vehicle and the newly selected vehicle is $7500.
-Any additional equipment that has been installed on the first vehicle can be transferred to the 2nd vehicle at the customer's expense (IE: remote starter).
-The customer can utilize this option only one time per purchase
-Non-prime finance customers excluded
-The vehicle must be owned by the original purchaser at time of exchange
